Refund Policy (for products sold online)

At Hope Beyond Our Grief, a Ministry of Grief Care Fellowship, Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
  • For digital products, refunds are only available if there is a technical issue preventing access.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Shipping Policy (for products sold online)

We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will notify you via email if there will be any significant delays.

  • U.S. ORDERS are shipped at no charge via US Media Mail, and often take 5-10 days to arrive.
  • You will receive an email confirmation which will include tracking information once your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
  • DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS.  We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit.  We pack and label each order very carefully and send an email confirmation which includes tracking information. If your order arrives damaged or gets lost, please file a claim through the shipment carrier which is identified with the tracking information. Keep all of your packaging materials and damaged goods for the report.
