Grief Care Fellowship Co-founder Doug Bagg gave the book ‘When Someone You Love Dies By Suicide’ to an old friend one day. The friend then promptly read it cover to cover and couldn’t put it down! He read it until 3am! He was so moved and inspired to generously donate $12,000 to get this book into as many pairs of hands as possible!

We at Grief Care Fellowship are sending these donated books out to churches and pastors, and Christian School Associations nationwide. This generous act will surely impact the lives of those who are survived by victims of suicide. Providing Grief Care for All Those in Need

Grieving is often a very vulnerable and spiritually taxing time in someone’s life. Grief Care Fellowship was founded out of the personal grief journey Doug Bagg went through when his wife passed away of cancer. With the help of his new wife, a widow, Joan, and writers Francis and Patricia Welch, they created Journey in Grief Care.

Grief Care Fellowship develops materials to be used by churches to help support their ministry to those who have lost a loved one. Our main goal is to comfort people who have lost someone, increase their knowledge of God’s Word on death and the afterlife, and, eventually, if they choose, equip them to be an active participant in the church’s grief care team, providing their own wisdom and experience, as well as spiritual guidance to their community.
